images contain incredible amounts of red.

i uses photoshop cs6. when i open it i get a warning:

"photoshop detected graphics hardware that is not officially supported. if you experience problems, please uncheck the
'use graphics processor' checkbox in the performance panel of the preferences dialogue."

i did as told, and unchecked the 'use gra..'. the next time i opened p/s i got the same warning. i can use p/s to remove almost all the red in an image and yet the print comes out looking almost all red. it's not my printer; i have used other printers and i have gone to 6 different pro labs and given the files which look fine on my computer, but they come out looking like the people have emergency room sunburns. thanks for your help.
