I will help you with this issue. The issue with the battery indicates the battery needs to be replaced. Regarding all other issues that you have mentioned may be due to hardware or software issue.
In order to isolate if it is a Hardware issue or Operating system issue please run a hardware diagnostic on your system.
Turn on the system and tap the F12 button 7- 8 times till the Boot Menu appears.
Select the diagnostics option. If any error code come note it down as it will indicate a hardware failure.
If no error comes you can either set your system back to factory settings or Operating system reinstallation has to be performed.
Note# Before performing Factory restore or Operating system reinstallation please take a backup of your important data.
Factory restore can only be performed if your system came preinstalled with windows and you have never formatted your system.
