Make a W7 System Repair CD …
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/w...em-repair-disc
Make an Acronis Image of just the C system partition .... (Preferably of a fresh install and updated)
Restore a New HHD from the Acronis Image and tell Acronis to make the partition 100GB
When it will not boot because the reserved partition is missing …. Run the system repair CD
Now, you can add partitions using Windows …. I’d only add one.
Folders for organizing are a lot more efficient.
You do not need the HP recovery partition if you've made the HP recovery DVDs .. (and they work)
