After BSOD my desktop will not boot

I think the two most likely issues with this is that either your power supply has failed or the graphics card.

Do you have a spare graphics card or one you could borrow, or does the motherboard have a multi pin blue connection on the back for a standard monitor cable. If you can try it with another card or connect the monitor to the motherboard graphics output this could help to prove what has gone wrong.
