Solved: "Unknown Account" is hiding files

I've moved various files to the desktop to test them, and they show up and work fine - no hiding of files or anything. The files themselves are fine, it's just displaying them in a list that's the problem, and only when they're in F:\Photos. Quick testing also shows that F:\Test\Photos works just fine, no hiding, so it's a very specific path that doesn't work.

It's a very minor annoyance, at this point, so I'll just roll with it. Thanks for all your help :)
