one of Microst services is causing the windows 7 to freeze

Type SERVICES.MSC in the search or run box.

The "Services" window will appear.

Double-click the Superfetch entry to open its properties window.

Set "Startup Type" on Automatic, then click Apply - OK.

Right-click that same entry, then click "Start".
