I bought a dell inspiron mini with Win 7 Starter for my younger brother but managed to destroy it in just a couple of weeks and now, i cannot recover it to the factory default. He reformmated the hard drive entirely and lost everything on it but I had created a set of recovery disks(2 DVD) from it. So i tried re-installing via the DVD's but i get the error message. A recent hardware or Software change might have installed a file that is incorrectly signed etc. File: \windows\system32\winload.exe. Status: 0Xc0000428 But the win7 he installs boot up normally. The error message only shows if I try booting from the set of recovery disk I created. Really need ur help on this bcos I want the system back in its original factory state.. Will be waiting for your replies.
