Windows won't boot (Blue Screen)

I can see from the screenshot you posted that your system has successfully booted from the Seatools CD, difficult to read with the photo being reversed, but it shows that it cannot detect your hard drive, that is why all the buttons are greyed out, so that is not going to work.

This might be an incompatibility issue with Seatools which does happen on a few PC's. Try this older version of Seatools:

Please download this version. Seatools text version and save it to your desktop. You then need to follow the same instructions given previously to burn the ISO image to a CD and boot the computer with it in the drive.

When it loads answer the licence agreement by using the Y key and when the full interface appears press the L key to start the long test and wait for it to finish. See the results on screen when it is complete.

If that also fails to detect the hard drive then the chances are fairly high that the drive has developed a fairly bad fault and will need to be replaced.

One other thing you can try is to boot into the Bios and see if there is a 'Diagnostics' option, if there is it should have a built in Hard Drive test, run it and see what the result is.

If there is no Diagnostics option in the Bios we can perform a scan on the system that will also check for Malware. This will require a Flash Drive and a retail copy of Windows 7, I can help you get the copy of Windows 7 but you will need to have the Flash Drive and a blank DVD to burn Windows 7 onto.
