WMP will play the song but will not add it to the list (Windows Media Player list) .... Artist, Title, Album etc. I go to the song's file location and it is in my computer. The song will play from the file location ... on the Windows Media Player. I have tried dragging the song's MP3 icon to the title column... it goes to the column without the closed (negative) symbol and will release when I take my finger of the mouse after dragging it. Before .... it amost instantly could be found..... in title, artist, album columns. I can successfully drag the icon to a *playlist* in WMP... but not to the list. I have always been able to do this before. It has been a labor of love establishing my music collection.... hope nothing is destroyed if I start *tinkering* with it.
Can something be 1.) *corrupted* and 2). corrected.... so it runs like before? Thanks, Ron.
