Failed Recovery - HP Pavillion G Series

Hi there,

I'm having problems starting up my laptop. I hit the power button and it goes straight to Windows Error Recovery. I then hit "Launch up Recovery (recommended). It then just moves to a blue screen and never actually gets to a recovery page or where I can enter login. If I press start windows normally the same thing happens.

Is there a way I can reset to factory without starting laptop?
