If it is caused by malware or a virus
i would suspect the fasted would be re-installing the OS - but if a company , they may have a specific load program tailored for their requirements.

They all have 1. Prolong loading time 2. Frequent Freezing, and 3. It is very slow.
these are examples of a virus / malware

you could put one machine into the virus/malware forum and see if that has any virus on it - and if so then you know you are going to need to diagnose all 5 - you wont be able to just do the same for each machine as virus/malware will affect machines differently and often the virus gurus will write a fix for that specific machine and the way it has been infected

it can take a couple of days to get a reply and then possibly 5-10 days to resolve if badly infected

have a read here

and you will need tochoose 1 machine and run all the tests and post onto the virus / malware forum

the issue will be if setup with company restrictions - then we cannot help , and most qualified virus/malware members will not work on company pcs here - with few exceptions if a small business that have not modified the windows 7 or added their own restrictions and policies

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING CORPORATE/COMPANY OWNED COMPUTERS

Please do not request assistance for corporate/company owned computers. Many changes/deletions are made during the clean up process, some of which may involve uninstalling programs, deleting folders/files, changing settings and/or removing policies etc. As we have no way of knowing for sure if these are actually needed for company operations, malware issues in these cases should be handled by your own IT Departments in order to avoid any undesirable results.
