failed logon

Hi


I have forgotten my password.


My issue is that every time I try to log onto my account I am met with the following
"User profile Service failed the log on. User profile cannot be loaded"


I can access my hotmail account through a new account which I set up as an administrator or through my daughters account. I cannot access my desktop though.
