Hello, I am starting to work from home. And I failed the Belarc test. I am trying to use my laptop to work from. I have had it for 3 years now. It is a Acer Aspire 7741z-4433. The reasons I failed was because it couldn't Identify my monitor. It says Intel Generic PnP when I need it to say Acer Aspire 7741z. I don't have the original CD that it came with in order to install the right monitor drive. Please help and also the second reason I failed was because I have a wireless adapter. I called Acer and they won't help me because I have warranty.
