If you still have the problem install the ONE I suggested please which is an earlier one





If it is not making a dump - minidump will be empty BUT where are dumps configured to please

So for the time being check where the dump is configured to
just in case - you do not know how
Control Panel System advanced system settings left pane
startup and recovery - settings button
that will tell you where dump is configured to
If it is not small memory dump in mini dump
Go to where it says and if there is a dump file there - send it me and I will analyse it for you
MAYBE not tonight - but I will do it ASAP
