I did not request another log from FRST only the fixlist. The fixlist shows the log is from a repeat scan which found none of the items in the list so they must have all been successfully removed when you first ran it.
Give it a couple of days and then let me know how things are. When you report back run another scan with Adwcleaner, just as you did before and post the new log produced after the reboot.
