Doesterr, you should follow the advice given by LiquidTension and do not follow the advice from the post above. As LiquidTension has pointed out you should have your system checked by someone like myself that is qualified to deal with infections. Simply deleting the infected files may leave some unseen entries in your system which can only be found with the appropriate Malware removal tools.
You have not created a new thread in the Malware forum, I would highly recommend that you do to be sure your system is clean and no longer compromised. If you don't get a reply within a few days you can send me a PM and I will assist you.
