Hi Guys
I apologise if this question is not posted in the correct forum. My Dell laptop has started making a ringing sound when I open IE and visit websites. I have run CC Cleaner, Anti Malwarebytes and Windows Security Essentials and no problems were found. I also researched this on the internet and tried various fixes such as checking the sounds on my computer. I do not have any messengers on my computer such as MSN or Yahoo and I do not have Skype either. Please help!
