I Can't Get Rid Of Vodafone!

I've been having a lot of computer crashes lately. The error messages have usually been btstackserver errors (if my computer even shows anything before it simply shuts down), so I figure that it could be due to Vodafone Mobile Broadband, which I don't use anymore, so I was going to delete it anyway.

I uninstalled it from the control panel, but look at this!
