Sysprep returns error

I am in desperate need of help…I have asked to create a corporate image which will deploy to thousands of computers and laptops.
I am so lost in transition….I will give you my scenario in hopes you can help – point me in the right direction. The first thing I will copy here is my copyprofile.xml file so that you can tell me if it looks good, I validate it and get no errors! (*by the way - I tried running sysprep without my copyprofile and got a fatal error as wel)

I load Windows
Boot to Audit Mode
I load all my software and updates, drivers, etc…
I then proceed to run sysprep (what we are calling pre-sysprep) – how I do this:
I clean up the pc, make sure all IETemp folders are clean, etc,,,,
I copy my “copyprofile.xml” to my %windir% sysprep folder..
from there i right click for an elevated command and drag my file…
it starts running only to fail
What is supposed to take place (and i was successful 2 years ago – W7Pro as well) is the following
The pc then boots to a user account which allows me to Activate the Administrator and allows me to setup secpol mmc etc….
Once I boot as the Administrator, from there, I can test further – now i can test our domain, I can test our locked down user behavior – i configure group policies and groups
then i copy my unattend.xml to my %windir% sysprep folder and once again, run sysprep. This time I capture the image as I am ready for deployment. - SYSPREP AGAIN! then shutdown - copy it and ready to deploy!,,,,this is what should happen...
So these are my procedures….i am getting an error during my pre-sysprep (if you will) / i work in a corporate environment so when these computers are shipped to the users from the manufacturer, it already has our image installed to they boot and get to work….
