Kernel Event Tracing Error

Since Windows 7 was installed by a tech person, I have rec'd in Administrative Events this same error, over and over at least 500 times. The tech person said to ignore it. I don't agree.

I went to Performance Monitor to Data Collector and tried to figure out what to change in Trace Sessions in various files listed, but did not help. Removing Microsoft Security did stop it for awhile but I read that when you remove that , you must also remove something else, and I am not finding that something else, which was like ietl
( I could have that wrong, need to re-check that comment).

Does anyone know how to fix Kernel Event Tracing error?
