Your computer may not have System Restore set to use a certain percentage of the hard drive, and it may be set on 0%.

Click Control Panel - System, then click Advanced system settings

Click the System Protection tab, then click the Configure button.

If Max Usage is set on 0%, set it to 3% or more, depending on how much hard drive space you want to dedicate to System Restore.

Click Apply, then click OK to close the windows.

Restart the computer.
