Constant "Not Responding" lag!

Having read a topic you started last December on more or less the same issue, I would recommend that you
uninstall Spybot, Comodo and any other such programs you have and leave ONLY AVIRA and any non real time scans such as MBAM and if you have it SuperAntiSpyware
I would also ensure that Windows Defender is not running.
Once you have done that I would reboot and try again.
