BellaJose, I think Lance may have missed the fact that your system won't boot up, but can you boot into Safe Mode?
Start tapping the F8 key from the moment you switch on, a menu should appear, use the arrow keys on your keyboard to highlight Safe Mode with Networking and hit the Enter key.
