Security Warning from Desktop Shortcuts

The problem happened a couple of days ago (06.05.13). To track down what install it happened on would be impossible. After the new reformat, I was installing many programs. I’m still not finished, lol

The last MS updates were for MS Office 2010 before it happened (06.05). After the Office 2010 install. Don’t think it was that, but of course I could be wrong.

Yes, it happens to shortcuts I’ve created. I put the windows update shortcut on the desktop to check that easily. It’s kind of random as to which shortcuts it happens to.

C:\users\,usesr_name>\My Documents is not on C. I originally moved all my folders to my E drive. I then looked at how things were organized I thought it would make more sense if it was on the F drive. When I moved it there is when I started having problems. It worked on E just fine. When I open the folder its fine. It’s when I open most shortcuts that are in that folder. It happens on all except Office. Not all the shortcuts that are on my desktop are in that folder though.

Yes it happens in safe mode too.

No, I did not create another user profile. There is one besides “default” that is in the list though. “UpdateusUser” I don’t have access to the profile when booting.

I just don’t understand why this happens and I would think there should be an explanation and or a simple fix. Well, yeah, maybe not simple. The one I am most concerned with is the recycle bin and opening the my docs folder from the desktop problem.
