You may be able to sort things out just by running chkdsk against it once or twice.
However, that's not guaranteed, and could make the situation even worse.
If other software (such as testdisk) is seeing it, I'd recommend making a backup first. You can browse and copy files within Testdisk (without messing round with the MFT or such like), but recovery software such as recuva may be easier.
