The missing PCI Simple Communications controller, according to this page: http://support.asus.com/Search/KDetail.aspx?SLanguage=en&no=1BB51C30-64A5-5E84-D250-0AE194742F93&t=2 is corrected by installing the Intel ME Management Engine and from a little research both that driver and the missing Marvell driver will get installed by re-installing your chipset drivers. You should be able to do that from the drivers disc that came with the mobo. Check in Device Manager after the re-install to make sure there are no remaining Yellow warnings, let me know how it goes.

ADWCleaner removed several items of Adware. One item "BrowserProtect" I had seen in your logs which prompted me to ask you to run it. We need to run the same scan again to make sure all the detections have been removed. BrowserProtect can sometimes require further action to get rid of it completely. Please run the scan again using the Delete button and post the new log.

The System File Checker found no errors, but there is a system file in the error logs showing an issue so we need to check it.

Flash Player is built in to Google, if you only use Google then there is no more action required, but if you also use Firefox and IE you should download it from either of those browsers and it should then re-install.

You have an outdated version of Java installed for both 32bit and 64bit which poses a security risk. You only need the 64bit version if you are using the 64bit version of Internet Explorer, the bit rate does not relate to the version of Windows. Please uninstall both versions of Java and go here to get the latest version: Java Download
