seconded and carried on that one.......ostensibly, they use it for crash analysis and to fix bugs. That said, they must receive hundreds of thousands of those daily, and just to imagine the people necessary to manage that, I have a feeling a lot of it just ends up in logs for future reference in case the issue gets completely out of hand........
