Problem on startup

hi,go to start> Control Panel then click on view by in the top right corner and select small icons from the drop down menu,then click on Administrative Tools> Task Scheduler>Task Scheduler Library scrolling the list for
BackgroundContainer right click on the entry and select delete,close all windows and reboot
