Solved: Restoring System Health

On the 1st issue of my opening message, on the Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology, I was directed by Microsoft to the OEM, Dell. Dell's Tech Support explained that the Intel program was for systems that have more than one hard-drive installed. My does not. Dell said I could delete the program if I do not expect to install a 2nd hard-drive on my desktop. I did so. The System Health report no longer reports an error.
