Happy Saturday.
I recently found a use for several Windows 7 gadgets which is surprising because I have never explored them in Vista. As luck would have it, I quickly found out that Microsoft discontinued the gadget support awhile back due to security concerns.
Two Questions:
1.) Can I safely use the default gadgets that came installed or are they still vulnerable to malicious software.
2.) I read a few articles explaining that Microsoft has advised to actually disable gadgets altogether and provided a utility to turn this feature off. Should I actually disable the feature entirely?
Thanks!
