Random Shutdowns

Hi Snowflake,

When you initially turn on the computer after an unexpected shutdown, are you prompted with any sort of error (generic or descriptive) or does Windows load without interruption?

You may want to take a look at the Windows Event Viewer to see if anything was recorded that may give you insight on what caused the computer to shutdown unexpectedly.

You also mentioned that Windows required you to perform a System Restore. Does Windows prompt this before you load into the Operating System?
