Antivirus: Microsoft Security Essentials, Disabled

Hmmm....my little green castle has a check mark on it, and the MSE page states that my "PC is being monitored and protected" Why does the Sysinfo log say my MSE is disabled?
Now I'm confused and frightened. .....help
Click Start, then type MSCONFIG in the search box, then press the Enter key.

When the small "System Configuration" window appears, click the "Startup" tab.

Microsoft Security Client should be listed and have a checkmark next to it.

Click Start, then type SERVICES.MSC in the search box, then press the Enter key.

When the "Services" window appears, expand it so you can see the list more clearly.

Microsoft Antimalware Service should be listed and on automatic and started.

If MSE was actually disabled, the green icon with white checkmark wouldn't be there, and the Security Center would be alerting you about your computer being unprotected.

It's possible that you computer is infested with threats, so do the following:

Go here, then click the large blue "Download Now @ Bleeping Computer" link to download and save AdwCleaner.exe to your desktop.

Close all open windows first, then double-click AdwCleaner.exe to load its main window.

Click the "Delete" button, then allow the deletion process to finish.

Click "OK" 3 times.

The computer will restart.

When the log file appears, save it.

Return here, then copy-and-paste the ENTIRE log here.
